Return Policy
You may return items purchased from our online store within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original tags, labels, accessories, and manuals. Products that are used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
The refund and return policy is designed to ensure you are fully informed of your rights and responsibilities as a cardholder. We will clearly communicate any and all terms for returns and refunds on our website.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, you must book a courier collection through our website or mobile app. For returns within the UAE, this service is free of charge.
- If you have an account: Log in, go to your order history, select the item(s) you wish to return, choose a reason, and specify your preferred refund method (wallet or card refund).
- If you are a guest user: Contact our Customer Service team with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, the reason for the return, and your preferred refund method. Our team will assist you in booking the courier collection.
Once the return is confirmed and the item is collected, the courier typically takes 5-7 business days to complete the collection process.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products are not eligible for a return. These include:
- Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bras/sports bras, socks, and tights.
- Beauty and personal care products (e.g., makeup, skincare).
- Liquid items like perfumes or cleaning solutions.
- Jewelry and fashion accessories, such as earrings and rings.
- Confectionery (unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. You will need to provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the item. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, arrange for a refund and guide you on how to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): The refunded amount will be credited to your store wallet and can be used for future purchases.
Important Information
- No Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, you must return the unwanted item and place a new order.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse an entire shipment, you will be refunded for the items but not the shipping fee.
- Promotional Items: Items purchased with a discount or promotional code are eligible for return, but the refund will be limited to the amount paid after the discount was applied. The value of the coupon or code is not refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. You can easily cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it is handed over to our shipping partner. If the ‘Cancel’ button is no longer available, it means your order has already been processed and can no longer be canceled.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to ‘My Orders’.
- Select the order you wish to cancel.
- Click the ‘Cancel Order’ or ‘Cancel’ button next to the item(s) you want to remove.
- Select a reason for the cancellation and confirm.
Once your cancellation is successful, the order status will be updated to ‘Canceled’.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
For orders paid by card, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund may take 10 to 14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
When Cancellation Is Not Possible
After the 24-hour window, or once your order has been shipped, you can no longer cancel it. However, you can still return any unwanted items after you receive your shipment. For more details, please see our Return Policy or contact our Customer Care team.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it immediately begins processing. For this reason, we cannot make changes to the size, quantity, color, or payment method. If you need to make changes, you can cancel your order (within the allowed timeframe) and place a new one.
Canceled by Our System
Occasionally, our system may cancel an order or part of an order for reasons such as:
- Item(s) being out of stock
- Issues processing your payment
- An invalid or incomplete shipping address
- Placing a duplicate order
- Damaged or faulty items
- Other unforeseen circumstances
No-Refund Policy
In cases where a no-refund or no-cancellation policy applies, this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase to ensure you are aware before completing your transaction.
