You may return items purchased from our online store within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original tags, labels, accessories, and manuals. Products that are used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. The refund and return policy is designed to ensure you are fully informed of your rights and responsibilities as a cardholder. We will clearly communicate any and all terms for returns and refunds on our website.

We primarily deliver our products within the UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days. UAE Delivery Fees will have a Minimum Rate of AED 16, which will be mentioned on the checkout page, depending on the location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. The merchant must include how the delivery of the services would happen/reach the customer.   If applicable, the policy of multiple shipments must be mentioned on the website. At the time of checkout, disclose to the cardholder the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
